With more than five years of experience in music education, Jared is a dedicated and accomplished educator. He has successfully taught students ranging from 10 to 72 years old. Jared's teaching career includes serving as the Trumpet Instructor for the University of Idaho Preparatory Division, where he nurtured young talents. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Northern Colorado. Currently, he is an educator at The Academy in Westminster.

In addition to one-on-one teaching, Jared has extensive experience in leading various musical ensembles. He has directed small jazz groups as well as larger ensembles, both in educational and professional settings. Throughout his teaching journey, Jared has conducted clinics and masterclasses, contributing to the musical education of many students. His passion for music and teaching is evident in his commitment to helping students develop their musical talents.

With a formal education in both classical and jazz styles and years of experience on the road playing funk and R&B, Jared happily shares his wisdom with his students who range from aspiring professional musicians to people who just want to pick up an instrument for fun.
